AB The aim of the work is to analyze the transfer ofsculptures and obelisks to Constantinople as an actof spolia in the service of the grandeur of the cityfounded by Constantine, by conducting a reviewof the various scientific theories in this regard thatwould enable us to establish a status of the issue onthe intentionality of the transfer.
