La estigmatización social delos sujetos desde el absoluto moral nacionalsocialista; y las consecuenciasde dicha estigmatización en la llamada Jurisprudencia Alemana del Terror.

The attack against the idea of the legalpersonality based on the Kantian thought, understanding the aforesaid asthe bearer of rights and obligations. The social stigmatization of subjectsbased on the Nazi “moral absolute”; and the consequences of this stigmatizationin the called German Jurisprudence of Terror.
