AB La necesidad permanente de mejorar la formación delprofesorado universitario ha propiciado que ocupe unlugar destacado en investigaciones, bibliografía ypolíticas educativas a ser aplicadas, convirtiéndose entema de reflexión y debate, cuando se trata dediseñar y promover estrategias que fomenten eincrementen la calidad de sus prácticas. El presentetrabajo presenta resultados de un estudio aplicado aestudiantes del profesorado universitario eneducación física, destinado a reconocer factores quepromuevan la mejora de la calidad durante su procesode formación como futuros profesionales de laenseñanza.
AB The permanent necessity to improve the training ofthe university teaching staff has created for it afavourable and distinguished place oninvestigations, bibliographies and educationalpolitics to be applied. Becoming themselves asubject of thought and debate, when it comes todesign and promote strategies that increase andfoment the quality of their practices. The presentinvestigation shows results from a study applied tostudents of the university physical educationteaching staff, destined to acknowledge factors thatpromote the improvement of quality during it'steaching process as future professionals in thefield.
