T1 La producción especializada del discurso humorístico en un entorno cultural postmoderno

AB El pensamiento postmoderno es una de las manifestaciones más conocidas de un cierto proceso de pérdida de fe en la razón como herramienta para la solución de problemas sociales que se ha dado en las sociedades occidentales. Partiendo de un estudio de caso y la teoría de Lipovetsky sobre la omnipresencia del humor en la sociedad postmoderna, el presente artículo se plantea las condiciones y requisitos que debe observar la producción especializada de humor en tales circunstancias, y se interroga sobre la hipotética relación funcio¬nal que pueda darse entre el humor propio de un entorno cultural postmoderno y dicho proceso de pérdida de fe en la razón ilustrada.
AB Postmodern thought is one of the most well-known manifestations of a certain process of loss of faith in reason as a tool to the solution of social problems that have happened in occidental societies. Starting from a case study and Lopovetsky’s theory about the omnipresence of humour in the postmodern society, this article presents the conditions and requirements that the specialised production in this type of humours in such circumstances must observe, and it questions about the hypothetic functional relation that may occur between the humour belonging to a postmodern cultural environment and this process of loss of faith in enlightened reason.
