T1 Espacios genéricos, ¿espacios de la religión? : una reflexión sobre la condición de la mujer a través de las fuentes orales

AB Only the permanent conscience, inwomen and men, of the negative discrimination(past and present) it canjustify and to impel, for the sake of theequality, the woman’s absolutely indispensablepositive discrimination in thedaily life, in the politics... and in the historiography2.In this perspective chargessense the study of the «duality of space»,of«the generics spaces», like manifestation(cause and consequence) more evidentof the Patriarcal Sistem. The oralsources, with the peculiarities and limitsfrom their applicability to the AncientHistory, allow to stablish their validity(in the Antiquity and in every time) aswell as the intents of legitimating it bymeans of the appeal to the nature and tothe divinity.
AB Solo la consciencia permanente, en mujeres y hombres, de la discriminación negativa (pasada y presente) puede justificar u obligar, por el bien de la igualdad, la absolutamente indispensable discriminación positiva de la mujer en la vida cotidiana, en la política… y en la historiografía.  En esta perspectiva los cargos perciben el estudio de la ‘’dualidad del espacio’’, de los ‘’espacios genéricos’’, como manifestación (causa y consecuencia) más evidente del sistema patriarcal. Las fuentes orales, con los límites y peculiaridades de su aplicación en historia antigua, permiten establecer su validez (en la antigüedad y en cualquier otro tiempo) así como los intentos de legitimarlo mediante la apelación a la naturaleza y la divinidad.
