AB En este estudio se presenta el desaparecido “venjonbol”,un juego-deporte de salón que se desarrolló en Barcelonaen la década de los años treinta del siglo pasado. Através de una revisión en las hemerotecas de la prensahistórica se facilita un relato descriptivo y analítico con elapoyo de indicios, pruebas y noticias que podrían sostenersela hipótesis que el tradicional y popular “fútbol debotones” tiene sus orígenes en el citado juego de “venjonbol”,que fue ocasionalmente practicado Barcelona.
AB This study presents the missing “venjonbol”, an indoorgame-sport that was developed in Barcelona in the1930s. Through a review of the newspaper archives ofthe historical press, a descriptive and analytical story isprovided with the support of indications, evidence andnews that could support the hypothesis that the traditionaland popular “button football” has its origins in thegame of “venjonbol”, which was occasionally practicedin Barcelona.
