Setrata del primer acuerdo libre, que se aplicará sin el apoyo de una directiva. Yque incide en un tema sobre el que la mayor parte de las legislaciones laboralesnacionales están todavía por desarrollar.____________________________This paper analyses the recent European framework agreement on telework, particularlyfrom the perspective of European collective bargaining. This agreementshas a great interest, because is the first free European agreement, in the sensethat it will be applied by itself, without the support from an European directiveas its precedents. Besides, it applies to a form of employment, telework, whichlacks.a specific treatment in most European labour legislation.
