T1 El suicidio y su tratamiento en el sistema público de salud español dentro del estado del bienestar

AB La investigación analiza el suicidio en el contexto del Sistema Nacional de Salud español y destacaque las actuaciones, normativas y recursos actuales son insuficientes para abordar este problema,que es la principal causa de muerte en el país. Andalucía tiene las cifras de suicidio más altas deEspaña. A pesar de los esfuerzos, el suicidio sigue siendo un tema marginal y tabú en la sociedadespañola, con estadísticas alarmantes. El tratamiento actual es insuficiente, especialmente en recursos preventivos, capacitación profesional y atención integral a personas en riesgo. Es crucialque el Sistema Nacional de Salud asuma más responsabilidad en implementar políticas y recursosadecuados para prevenir el suicidio y ofrecer apoyo integral a los afectados y sus familias.

NO The research analyzes suicide in the context of the Spanish Public Health System and highlights that current actions, regulations and resources are insufficient to address this problem, which is the leading cause of death in the country. Andalusia has the highest suicide rates in Spain. Despite efforts, suicide remains a marginal and taboo subject in Spanish society, with alarming statistics. Current treatment is insufficient, especially in preventive resources, professional training and comprehensive care for people at risk. It is crucial that the Public Health System assumes more responsibility in implementing adequate policies and resources to prevent suicide and offer com¬prehensive support to those affected and their families.
