T1 Acoso sexual y acoso por razón de sexo : riesgos de especial incidencia en la mujer trabajadora

AB El Proyecto de Ley de Garantía de Igualdad entre Hombres y Mujeres que en próximas fechas se convertirá en la norma marco que impulse el principio de trasversalidad en todos los órdenes de la vida social, cultural, económica y política, contiene una regulación específica sobre el acoso sexual y el acoso por razón de sexo. En el presente artículo se analiza la futura regulación poniéndose de manifiesto las lagunas jurídicas y más de un problema interpretativo que requiere la intervención del operador jurídico. Tras el análisis del concepto de acoso sexuales y acoso por razón de sexo se analizan las medidas previstas para su prevención y protección así como las medidas de tutela jurídica de las que disponen los trabajadores para defenderse frente al acoso sexual y el acoso por razón de sexo.___________________________________The Law of Guarantee for equality among men and women Project, that willbecome a framework rule that will drive the principle of transversality in thedifferent fields of the social, cultural, economical and polithical life, contains aspecific regulation on the sexual harassment and the harassment due to sex.In the present article, it is analyzed the future regulation stating the legal spaceand more than a interpretative problem that require the intervention of thelegal operator After the analysis of the concept of sexual harassment and harassmentdue to sex, the previsible measurements for its prevention and protectionjust as the measurements of legal guardianship which workers dispose inorder to fight against the sexual harassment and the harassment due to sex areanalyzed.
