AB El presente documento tiene como objetivoanalizar los derechos, garantías económicasy ambientales recogidas en el Plan Nacionaldel Buen Vivir 2017-2021 como elementosvehiculares para el desarrollo sustentable ysostenible del país. Para ello, una vez analizadoslos lineamientos de trabajo digno amplificadospor los Objetivos del Desarrollo SostenibleODS impulsados por Naciones Unidas,se analiza el comercio informal en el cantónRocafuerte, provincia de Manabí demostrandoque estos procesos forman parte de la realidadsocial y económica actual complejizandolos procesos de inclusión y desarrollo social.Para ello se realizan entrevistas en profundidada personas que ejercen este tipo de actividadjunto a sujetos activos de la vida institucionalpartiendo de un exhaustivo análisisde la legislación vigente evidenciando la granbrecha social existente entre las estadísticas yla realidad existente.
AB The objective of this document is to analyzethe rights, socioeconomic and environmentalguarantees included in the NationalPlan for Good Living 2017-2021 as vehicularelements for the sustainable and sustainabledevelopment of the country. To do this, oncethe decent work guidelines amplified by theSustainable Development Goals SDG promotedby the United Nations have been analyzed,informal trade in the Rocafuerte canton, provinceof Manabí is analyzed, demonstratingthat these processes are part of the currentsocial and economic reality. making the processesof inclusion and social developmentmore complex. For this, in-depth interviews arecarried out with people who carry out this typeof activity together with active subjects of institutionallife, based on an exhaustive analysisof the current legislation, evidencing the greatsocial gap between the statistics and the existingreality.
