AB El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar losprincipales criterios en la selección de un proyectopor parte de los fondos de capital riesgode impacto (FCRI) y establecer un ranking queindique la importancia relativa de los mismos enla decisión final. Para alcanzar este objetivo se hautilizado la metodología exploratoria, con entrevistassemiestructuradas en profundidad y análisisde informes de Due Diligence, así como la metodologíadescriptiva para analizar los resultadosobtenidos. Dichos resultados permiten concluirque los criterios relativos al Impacto, desde laperspectiva de solucionar problemas reales y congran potencial de cambio, y al Equipo, desde elliderazgo y la experiencia, son los más determinantespara los FCRI en España. Además, se observauna notable variabilidad de puntuacionesentre los FCRI para algunos criterios, lo que reflejala falta de consenso en cuanto a la selección deciertos criterios en el ecosistema.
AB The objective of this work is to identifythe main criteria in the selection of a projectby impact venture capital funds (IVCFs) andto establish a ranking that indicates the relativeimportance of these criteria in the finaldecision. To achieve this objective, an exploratorymethodology has been used, with semistructuredin-depth interviews and analysis ofDue Diligence reports, as well as a descriptivemethodology to analyze the results obtained.These results allow us to conclude that the criteriarelated to Impact, from the perspective ofsolving real problems with great potential forchange, and Team, from the perspective of leadershipand experience, are the most decisivefor the IVCFs in Spain. In addition, there is anotable variability of scores among the IVCFsfor some criteria, which reflects the lack of consensusregarding the selection of certain criteriain the ecosystem.
