AB El presente trabajo estudia la relevancia de los “hechos psíquicos”  en el ámbito concreto del concurso de personas. Se ciñe el estudio a aquellos hechos psíquicos encuadrables en el ámbito del concurso moral analizando los diferentes problemas que se suscitan al respecto y especialmente en relación con la prueba. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AB The  present article studies the relevance of “psychological  facts” in the specific sphere of multiple participation. The study focuses on those psychological facts which can be accommodated within the sphere of moral participation, analysing the different problems arising in this respect, particularly regarding evidence.
