AB Se estudia el modelo de contrato social contenido en los proyectosde Constitución de Andalucía, enfatizando en la variable género. Setoma como punto de partida la crítica que Proudhon y Pi y Margall dedicarona la teoría contractualista de Rousseau (1). Posteriormente se contrastala presencia de los referentes intelectuales de ambas teorías en la estructuradel proyecto andaluz (2). Asimismo, se rastrea la posición jurídica de lamujer y el principio de igualdad social en el movimiento republicano confederaly su ideología a fines del siglo XIX (3), para a continuación analizar sutratamiento por parte de la Constitución de Antequera (4)
AB This article focuses on the social contract model that can befound in the different Andalusian Constitution projects, emphasising thegender variable. The starting point is the criticism that Proudhon and Pi yMargall make about Rousseau´s theories (1). Afterwards, the article presentsthe contrast between the intellectual references of both theories inthe Andalusian project structure (2). Additionally, there is an analysis ofwomen legal status and equality principle within the confederal republicanmovement and its ideology at the end of XIX century (3), which is linkedto the treatment that those status and principle received in the AntequeraConstitution (4)
