AB Se presenta el caso de un adulto de 27 años consintomatología ansiosa-depresiva.Objetivos: Reducir la sintomatología ansiosa-depresivaactuando sobre las preocupaciones y los síntomascognitivos, la activación psicofisiológica y lasconductas de evitación.Método: Se ha utilizado la entrevista clínica juntocon distintas pruebas estandarizadas para medirconstructos transdiagnósticos que pudieran ser relevantesde cara a la intervención. Tras la evaluación, sediseñó un tratamiento cognitivo conductual iniciandola intervención por los síntomas puente o comunes.Resultados: Hubo una mejora de la sintomatologíatanto autoinformada, como reflejada por una disminuciónde las puntuaciones, medida en formato testretest,que se mantuvo 6 meses más tarde.Conclusiones: Aunque con las limitaciones propiasde los estudios de caso, este trabajo pone demanifiesto la eficacia y eficiencia de los tratamientostransdiagnósticos en los trastornos emocionales.
AB This article presents the case of a 27-year-old adultwith anxiety-depressive symptoms.Objectives: To reduce cognitive worries and symptoms,psychophysiological activation, and avoidancebehaviors; reducing, therefore, the anxiety-depressivesymptoms.Method: The clinical interview has been used withdifferent standardized tests to measure transdiagnosticconstructs that may be relevant for the intervention.After the evaluation, a cognitive behavioraltreatment was designed starting the intervention forthe bridging or common symptoms.Results: There was an improvement in both selfreportedsymptoms and reflected by a decrease inscores, measured in test-retest format, which wasmaintained 6 months later.Conclusions: Although with the limitations of thecase studies, this work shows the efficacy and efficiencyof transdiagnostic treatments in emotionaldisorders.
