AB En este artículo se analizan las diferencias de maestros en formación inicial enfunción del género, respecto a las emociones que experimentan hacia loscontenidos científicos al comienzo de la asignatura Didáctica de Ciencias de laNaturaleza I del Grado de Maestro en Educación Primaria de la Universidad deHuelva (España), durante el curso 2016-2017. Participaron 185 estudiantesquienes respondieron un cuestionario de escala tipo Likert en el que manifestaronsu grado de intensidad sobre la experimentación de siete emociones positivas ysiete emociones negativas. Los datos fueron sometidos a análisis descriptivo einferencial mediante la prueba U de Mann-Whitney. Los resultados indicaron quelas mujeres experimentan casi todas las emociones positivas con mayorintensidad en comparación con los varones. Se encontraron diferenciassignificativas en entusiasmo e interés a favor de las mujeres.
AB In this article the differences of teachers in initial formation according to gender areanalyzed, with respect to the emotions that they experience towards the scientificcontents at the beginning of the subject Didactics of Nature Science I of theDegree in Primary Education of the University of Huelva (Spain) in the academicyear 2016-2017. Participants were 185 students who answered a Likert scalequestionnaire in which they expressed their degree of intensity on theexperimentation of seven positive emotions and seven negative emotions. Thedata were subjected to descriptive and inferential analysis through the Mann-Whitney U test. The results indicated that women experience almost all positiveemotions with greater intensity compared to men. Significant differences werefound in enthusiasm and interest in favor of women.
