AB Consumada la victoria de los partidarios del Brexit en el referendo de 23 de junio de2016, las amenazas para la seguridad británica siguen siendo las mismas que antes de la citadaconsulta (Rusia, ISIL,…) y así se observa en el argumentario del actual gobierno británico. Losbrexiters fomentaron un discurso demagógico y populista, basado en sostener que el abandono dela UE (y la consiguiente supuesta recuperación de la soberanía nacional) inmunizaría al Reino Unidofrente a cualquier amenaza para su seguridad
AB After the victory of the supporters of Brexit in the referendum of June 23, 2016, thethreats to British security remain the same as before the aforementioned consultation (Russia, ISIL,...) and this is observed in the argument of the current British government. Brexiters fostered ademagogic and populist discourse, based on maintaining that the abandonment of the EU (and theconsequent supposed recovery of national sovereignty) would immunize the United Kingdom againstany threat to its security
