T1 Empleo y salario mínimo, prestaciones de garantía de recursos y renta básica

AB En el contexto socioeconómico actual, aparecenen el escenario político-laboral de lospaíses figuras que intentan dar solución al decrecimientodel empleo y que no están exentasde cuestionamiento. Cabe destacar tres, el salariomínimo interprofesional, las prestacionesde garantía de recursos y la renta básica, estaúltima escasamente implantada por los países.Se trata aquí de reflexionar sobre las tres herramientasseñaladas, primero mediante su delimitaciónconceptual y puntos de confluencia.Por otra parte, examinando, mediante distintosindicadores, hasta qué punto estas garantías,individualmente o en conjunto, son viables einfluyen en la creación y en la búsqueda deempleo y de qué tipo, esto es, si tienen rol deinstrumentos de incentivación del empleo decalidad.
AB Given the current socio-economic context,new instruments have arisen in the labourpoliticalarena, which are aimed at solving thedecrease of the employment, but are howevernot beyond question. Three of such measuresare noteworthy: minimum wage, adequate resourcesand benefits, and basic income – thislast instrument has, however, found scarce implementation.The goal of this study is to reflecton the three abovementioned instruments, establishingdistinct concepts as well as commongrounds. On the other hand, it will examine towhat extent these guarantees are viable and influencethe creation and search of employmentand if so, what type of employment – in otherwords: whether they can play a role as a stimulusfor quality employment.
