AB En la actualidad, la irrupción de los cursos masivos, en línea y en abierto (denominados con el acrónimo "MOOC"), es considerada, según la literatura divulgativa y científica, una revolución con un gran potencial en el mundo educativo y formativo. Asimismo, son ofrecidos por muchas de las mejores instituciones del mundo. En este sentido, es pertinente para el progreso científico y social, el diseño, elaboración y evaluación de un Observatorio Digital sobre MOOC. Para ello, se elaboró el cuestionario de valoración de Observatorios Digitales sobre MOOC denominado: CUVOMOOC®, registrado en la Oficina de Patentes y Marcas (OEPM, España) y se validó aplicando la técnica Delphi modificado con dos rondas constituido por veinte docente/ expertos en Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación
AB Nowadays, the emergence of Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) is considered, according to informative and scientific literature, a revolution with great potential in the educational and training world. They are also offered by many of the best institutions in the world. In this sense, the design, elaboration and assessment of a Digital Observatory on MOOC is relevant for scientific and social progress. For this purpose, a questionnaire for the assessment of Digital Observatories was elaborated, with the acronym: CUVOMOOC®, registered in the Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM, Spain), and it was validated by applying the modified Delphi technique with two rounds of twenty teachers / experts in information and communications technology
