T1 La necesidad de nuevas recetas para una deuda externa persistente

AB Este artículo pretende describir el contexto en que tiene lugar la financiación internacional hacia el mundo en desarrollo, recapitular las iniciativas emprendidas ante el problema de la deuda surgidas desde el estallido de la crisis de 1982, exponer la evolución reciente del endeudamiento, prestando especial atención -pues sus cifras y las tendencia que indican lo reclaman- a América Latina y, por último, presentar algunas de las propuestas alternativas más interesantes que se están trabajando desde la sociedad civil y el mundo académico. ________________________________________This article seeks to describe the context in which takes place the international financing toward the developing world, to recapitulate the initiatives undertaken before the problem of the debt which arise from the explosion of the crisis of 1982, to expose the recent evolution of the indebtedness with special attention to Latin America -because this is claimed by its figures and the tendencies that indicate- and lastly to present some of the most interesting alternative proposals which are working from the civil society and the academic world.
