AB El artículo pretende mostrar el alto respaldo internacionalconseguido por la Alianza de Civilizaciones e indagar en sus causas.Procede asimismo a exponer lo que la iniciativa es actualmente entérminos de organización y funcionamiento, intentando esclarecer susprincipales puntos críticos y señalando los fundamentales desafíos quese le presentan.
AB The aim of this paper is to show that the Alliance ofCivilizations has received a broad international support, and to inquireinto its reasons. Furthermore, it describes the current state of theinitiative, both in terms of organization and performance, trying toclarify its main critical points and to identify its most importantchallenges.
