AB El presente trabajo analiza las relaciones entre la sedimentacióny la estructuración del Arco de Cazorla-Alcaraz (Prebético Externo)durante el Mioceno superior en el saliente de Vianos (Albacete, España). Se describe la creación del depocentro local en la cuenca deantepaís más tardío que se produce por avance del arco. El surco fuedelimitado por un pliegue en rodilla que tuvo expresión paleogeográfica y se colmató en condiciones marinas, en un episodio transgresivo posiblemente durante el final del Tortoniense. Se trata portanto de uno de los puntos con depósitos miocenos marinos másjóvenes en el sector septentrional del Prebético Externo.
AB The present work analyzes the relationships between sedimentation and structuring of the Cazorla-Alcaraz Arc (External Prebetic)during the late Miocene in the Vianos salient (Albacete, Spain). Thecreation of the local depocenter in the foreland basin that occurs bythe last arc advance is described. The foredeep was delimited by afault-bend fold that had paleogeography expression and was filledin marine conditions, in a transgressive context, possibly during theend of the Tortonian. It is therefore one of the points with the youngest marine Miocene deposits in the northern sector of the ExternalPrebetic
