AB In the Bajo Ebro quaternary deposits different lithostratigraphic units are distinguished. Fluvial facies with tabular character: Ford Gravels, Colada Sandstones and Aldover Poligenic Gravels all with siliceous elastics. Alluvial facies with calcareous elastics: the Aldover Monogenic Gravels. These units are attributed to the lower and middle Quaternary. Other units that constitutes fluvial terraces, whith calcareous monogenic elastics are differenciated by their textural character: Xerta Blocks, Llop Gravels and the Assud Sands; these units are attributed to the Thyrrhenian. The fluvial river basin is filled with the Ebro Muds attributed to Holocene PB Sociedad Geológica de España YR 1994 FD 1994 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10272/13986 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10272/13986 LA spa DS Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Huelva RD 13 jun 2026
