AB En este artículo los autores reflexionan sobre la diversidad que caracteriza y define a los alumnos y alumnas de los centros en cuanto factores personales, culturales, sociales, etc., sobre la necesidad de asumirla y contemplarla si estamos haciendo planteamientos sobre una educación que se debe transformar y debe evolucionar. Se resalta el valor de la diversidad como una realidad que obliga a modificar actuaciones, que invita a que se produzcan cambios en los centros y que en definitiva es una invitación para la consecución de una finalidad común: lograr centros más eficaces y mejores para todos y todas; este será el principal reto de la educación en el futuro.
AB In this article the authors reflect on the diversity that characterizes and defines the students of the centers in personal, cultural, social factors, etc., about the need totake it and contemplate it if we are making statements about an education that must be transformed and must evolve. The value of diversity as a reality that requires modifying actions, which invites changes to be made in the centers and that ultimately it is a invitation to achieve a common goal: achieve more effective and better centers for everyone; this will be the main challenge of the education in the future.
