T1 Las “catedrales bollulleras del vino”. Un nucleo industrial bodeguero en el último tercio del XVIII

AB En Bollullos Par del Condado (Huelva) unmayor dinamismo del negocio vitivinícola, enlos últimos decenios del siglo XVIII, permitiránla consolidación de un núcleo industrial- bodeguero en el entorno del arroyo de la Cerrada.Partiendo de esta premisa se analiza la gestacióny puesta en funcionamiento en este periodo detres bodegas que son vestigios de un modelo dearquitectura popular andaluza, hoy prácticamente desaparecido. Por su belleza e importancia las denominaremos “Catedrales bollullerasdel vino”
AB In Bollullos Par del Condado (Huelva) agreater dynamism of wine business in the lastdecades of the 18th century, will allow theconsolidation of a winery-industrial centrein the surroundings of Cerrada stream. Basedon this premise, we analyse the gestation andcommissioning in this period of three new winerieswhich are vestiges of Andalusian populararchitecture, today practically disappeared. Fortheir beauty and importance we will call them“Wine bollulleras cathedrals”
