T1 Los programas de promoción de empleo : un balance a la gestión de tres legislaturas de gobierno andaluz

AB En este trabajo se presentan las diferentes actuaciones del gobierno autonómico andaluz en materiade promoción de empleo. En una primera parte, se muestran los distintos rasgos que han definido la políticade intervención directa del ejecutivo andaluz en el mercado de trabajo, en el que se integran tantomedidas orientadas a la demanda de trabajo como a la oferta. Posteriormente, se presenta un balance finalde la evolución del mercado de trabajo andaluz del que se deriva una serie de consideraciones sobre lapolítica de promoción de empleo en Andalucía durante casi tres lustros de política autonómica._________________________________In this work are presented the different performances of the self-governing Andalusian in matter ofemployment promotion. In a first part, are shown the different features that they have defined the directintervention policy of the Andalusian executive in the job market, in the one which are integrated somuch measures guided to the work demand as to the offer. Thereinafter, it is presented a final balanceof the evolution of the Andalusian job market of the that is derived a series of considerations on thepolicy of employment promotion in Andalusia during almost fifteen years of self-governing.
