AB Este estudio presenta como resultadolos precipitantes que provocan en algunos alumnosde secundaria una conducta agresiva hacia elprofesor. Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo, utilizandolas entrevistas en profundidad como herramientade recogida de datos. La recogida de datos se realizóen el año 2011 en la provincia de Castellón. Paraello, se han recogido testimonios de profesoresvoluntarios de centros de secundaria, los cuales hanrelatado una situación en la que han sido agredidospor alumnos. Posteriormente la información hasido analizada y descrita, encontrando que más dela mitad de los profesores entrevistados ha sufridoalgún tipo de violencia hacia ellos mismos y que lascausas inmediatas a esas agresiones se encuentranrelacionadas con la imposición de límites, la cargaemocional ante un estímulo aversivo y la supresiónde un estímulo positivo.
AB This study presents the factors that lead to students’aggressive behaviour towards teachers in secondaryeducation. This is a descriptive study which usedthe interview as tool for data collection. Data wascollected in the Spanish province of Castellón in 2011from secondary school teachers who volunteeredto explain their experience of personal aggressionsuffered from students. The analysis of the datacollected revealed that more than half of the teachersinterviewed had suffered some kind of violent actinflicted by a student. The immediate causes of theattacks analyzed were related to the imposition oflimits, the emotional charge to an aversive stimulus,and the absence of positive reinforcement.
