AB El Sistema de Seguridad Nacional español se ha desarrollado normativa einstitucionalmente desde el año 2012, configurando un marco formal propicio para que nuevosentes coadyuven el desarrollo de la Inteligencia entendida como función del Estado apoyada desdeel ámbito empresarial privado. La Inteligencia Corporativa, como toda función de la empresa, seenmarca dentro del ordenamiento jurídico y el libre mercado. Por lo tanto, la Inteligencia en laempresa presenta aspectos jurídicos específicos que han de tenerse en cuenta para que sufuncionamiento sea acorde con su naturaleza y actividad
AB The Spanish National Security System has been developed legally and institutionallysince year 2012, performing a formal framework suitable for new entities to contribute toIntelligence considered as state function supported from prívate corporate field. The CorporateIntelligence, as any function inside the company, is framed into the legislation and the free market. Therefore, Intelligence in the enterprise shows specific legal aspects that must be taken into account, so its function will be in accordance with its nature and activity
