The family and the Stateplay a basic role in the construction of care systems and in theestablishment of strategies to access care resources. In the presentcontext of migration, these resources interact at a transnationallevel, challenging family and State migratory regimes. These newrealities need the recognition of basic international social rights, asthe experiences of Peruvians living in a migration context in Spainshow.
