abstract = {En el municipio de El Castellar (Teruel) se han documentado 48 yacimientos
de dinosaurios en facies comprendidas desde el Titónico hasta el
Aptiense (Fm.Villar del Arzobispo, Fm. El Castellar, Fm. Camarillas y Fm. Forcall).
Una de las unidades litoestratigráficas con mayor cantidad de yacimientos
es la Fm. Areniscas y Calizas de El Castellar (Hauteriviense superior-
Barremiense inferior). En uno de ellos, CT-17, se han recuperado ex situ
varios restos postcraneales aislados: tres centros pertenecientes a vértebras
dorsales y un extremo proximal de una fíbula de un dinosaurio ornitópodo,
probablemente un hadrosauriforme, que constituyen los primeros restos directos
de estos vertebrados descritos en esta Formación en la Subcuenca de
Peñagolosa (Cuenca del Maestrazgo). En el Cretácico Inferior de la provincia
de Teruel, los restos postcraneales de estos dinosaurios se han encontrado
principalmente en esta unidad y en la suprayacente Fm. Camarillas en localidades
pertenecientes a la Subcuenca de Galve},
abstract = {Forty-eight dinosaur sites have been documented in El Castellar (Teruel).
These sites appear in facies ranging from the Tithonian to the Aptian (Villar
del Arzobispo Fm., El Castellar Fm., Camarillas Fm. and Forcall Fm.). One of
the lithostratigraphic units containing more sites is Areniscas y Calizas de El
Castellar Fm. (late Hauterivian- early Barremian). Several isolated post-cranial
elements have been recovered in this Formation: three dorsal centra and
a proximal fragment of a fibula. They all belong to an ornithopod, probably
an hadrosauriform, and they represent the first bones from these vertebrates
that have been described in this Formation in the Peñagolosa Sub-basin
(Maestrazgo Basin). In the Lower Cretaceous of Teruel province, postcranial
remains from this kind of dinosaurs have been mainly found in this unit, and
also the overlying one (Camarillas Fm.) but in localities belonging to Galve
Sub-basin},
