AB Hombre de mediana edad con dependencia a heroína y cocaína y con VIH. Solicitatratamiento en el C.C.D (Centro Comarcal de Drogodependencias y adicciones); unservicio especializado, público y perteneciente al área de Servicios Sociales (SS.SS.). Eltrabajo será a nivel individual-familiar y se incluirá en tratamiento con metadona.Se le toma registro por primera vez en mayo de 2005 en entrevista de acogida.En 2006 se le incluye en programa Red de Artesanos (beca-ayuda para aprender unoficio).En todo momento, se coordinan trabajos con los SS.SS. para la tramitación de distintasprestaciones y el seguimiento de las mismas.Su evolución durante todo este tiempo es favorable, sin consumos y con bastante apoyosocial.A mediados de 2007, acude con la pareja al Centro (también paciente del C.C.D.); y aprincipios de 2008 tienen un hijo, quitándole la custodia de este, ya que nace consíndrome de abstinencia (ella consumió durante el embarazo). Esto junto con otrosproblemas, ocasionó que el paciente comenzará a autolesionarse, además de variosintentos de suicidio.En 2009 rompe la relación con la pareja y a finales de ese año, entra en una vivienda deApoyo al Tratamiento para enfermos de SIDA.

At the begining 2008 they had achildren, and was stripped the custody because his baby was born with abstinencesyndrome (she had consumed during her pregnant). All this along with other problems,causes the pacient to self-harm and tried to commit suicide.At 2009, he broke his relationship with his partner and at the end of that year, he got ahousing with support to AIDS patients.
