T1 El nuevo grado en Relaciones Laborales tras la promulgación del RD 1393/2007 y perspectivas desde el área de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social

AB En este artículo se intenta analizar el futuro título de grado en Relaciones Laboralestras la publicación del RD 1393/2007 y la aportación del área del Derechodel Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social al mismo. En primer lugar se contextualizala reforma operada en el marco del EEES, para presentar las grandes líneas de lanueva situación a partir de la promulgación de este decreto. Seguidamente, seprofundiza sobre la situación de las profesiones reguladas y la consideración dela profesión de graduado social como tal. Por último, se reflexiona sobre el papeldel Derecho del Trabajo y de la SS en ese título a partir de su contribución a laadquisición de las competencias de los principales ámbitos profesionales de losfuturos egresados.___________________________________________This article seeks to analyse the future Degree in Industrial Relations followingthe publication of RD 193/2007 and the relevant contribution by the fields ofLabour Law and Social Security. First of all, the reform in the framework of theESHE is contextualised to set out the guidelines of the new situation following theenactment of this decree. The situation of the regulated professions and the considerationof the profession of Industrial Relations specialist as such is then consideredin greater depth. Finally, the role of Labour Law and Social Security withrespect to this qualification is considered based on their contribution to the acquisitionof the competences of the main professional spheres of the future graduates.
