T1 Predicción del flow disposicional según el clima motivacional y el trato generado por el profesor en clase de educación física

AB El objetivo de este trabajo fue estudiar la relación entre elclima motivacional percibido y la percepción de trato de igualdado discriminación generado por el profesor en el aula sobre elflow disposicional experimentado por el discente en clase deeducación flsica, con una muestra compuesta por 1103 alumnosde entre 13 y 14 afJos. Para ello, se realizó un análisis factorialconfirmatorio (CFA), análisis de correlación entre las variablesestudiadas y análisis de ecuaciones estructurales. Losresultados mostraron que el clima motivacional que implicaba ala tarea predecla positivamente la percepción de igualdad detrato y el f10w disposicional, mientras que predecla negativamentela percepción de discriminación. Por el contrario, el climamotivacional que implicaba al ego predecla positivamente lapercepción de discriminación y de forma negativa la percepciónde igualdad de trato y el f10w disposicional. A diferencia de la mayoría de estudios ya existentes que han analizado el flowdisposicional en entornos deportivos y, sobre todo competitivos,la presente investigación lo aborda desde un contexto educativo,al considerar que en este tipo de ambientes el sujeto tambiénpuede presentar estados psicológicos óptimos de ejecución.
AB The objective of this work was to study the relationshipsbetween the perception of motivational climate, perception ofequality treatment or discrimination generated by the teacher inthe classroom on the dispositional flow experienced by thestudents in physical education classes. The sample was 1103students between 13 and 14 years. A confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) , correlation analysis and analysis of structural equationsmodeling were employed. The results showed that the perceptionof a task-involving climate predicted positively the perception ofequality treatment and dispositional flow, while it predictednegatively the perception of discrimination. The perception of anego-involving climate predicted positively the perception ofdiscrimination and in a negative way the perception of equalitytreatment and the dispositional flow. Contrary to most of studiesalready existent that have analyzed dispositional flow in sportenvironments (mainly competitive) the present investigationapproaches it from an educational context, when consideringthat in this type of atmosphere the subject can also exhibit agood psychological state.
