This should make us think in depth about the most adequate training, characteristics of educators that these coaches must possess, and the philosophy that they must have about sport in schools. In the following article, we lay the foundation of the necessity of acting as educators during the first stages of sports training, being it the reason that they need to be trained for this labour.},
