AB El presente artículo tiene como objetivo identificar los principales instrumentos que han sido diseñados para estudiar la habilidad de liderazgo, en razón de los elementos que se consideran para las mediciones derivadas de los mismos; esto se realizó a través de una revisión con GPT 4.0, de Scopus y Google Scholar, encontrándose 18 cuestionarios vinculados total o parcialmente al liderazgo. Los cuestionarios enfocan la competencia liderazgo desde ópticas muy diferentes, lo cual permite conocer las diferentes variables incluidas en los estudios realizados, representando ello un alto valor, ya que en los últimos años las organizaciones están focalizando los esfuerzos de búsqueda, atracción, selección y desarrollo de personas en modelos de habilidades blandas, siendo el liderazgo una de las más significativas en los diferentes escenarios del mundo laboral
AB The objective of this article is to identify the main instruments that have been designed to study leadership ability, due to the elements that are considered for the measurements derived from them; This was carried out through a review with GPT 4.0, Scopus and Google Scholar, finding 18 questionnaires linked totally or partially to leadership. The questionnaires focus on leadership competence from very different perspectives, which allows us to know the different variables included in the studies carried out, representing a high value, since in recent years organizations are focusing their search, attraction, selection and development efforts. of people in soft skill models, leadership being one of the most significant in the different scenarios of the world of work
