T1 El síndrome de burnout en supervisados en Terapia Dialéctica Conductual: Una revisión de literatura

AB Esta revisión de literatura examinó los estudiosrealizados sobre el rol de la supervisión de TerapiaDialéctica Conductual (TDC) en el síndrome de burnoutde estos terapeutas con la finalidad de guiar futurasinvestigaciones sobre métodos de supervisiónclínica. Este artículo evalúa los factores protectoresdel modelo de supervisión individual y grupal de laTDC como herramienta para el manejo del síndromede burnout en diferentes tipos de proveedores desalud mental. La modalidad individual entrena a lasterapeutas en el manejo de pacientes categorizadoscomo retantes. Por otro lado, la modalidad grupal propiciaun ambiente equilibrado entre lo personal (p. ej.validación y percepción de logro) y lo profesional (p.ej. menor estigma y apatía). Finalmente, sugerimospróximas áreas a investigar ya que encontramos unadisponibilidad muy limitada de investigaciones en elmundo hispanohablante realizadas sobre este tema;con lo que, instamos a investigadores/as hispanohablantesa iniciar su aportación investigadora
AB This literature review examined the findings aboutthe Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) supervisor’srole on the supervisees’ burnout with the goal ofguiding future research about clinical supervisionmethods. This article evaluates protective factors ofDBT individual and group supervision as a tool formanaging the burnout of different types of mentalhealth providers. The individual modality trains thetherapists on how to manage clients categorized aschallenging. On the other hand, group modality propitiatesa balancing environment between the personal(e.g. validation and success perception) and theprofessional (e.g. less stigma and apathy). Finally, wesuggest future areas to research as we found a verylimited availability of Spanish research conductedabout this topic; with this, we urge hispanophone researchersto provide their research contribution
