AB El ámbito de la innovación social precisa deespacios de encuentro no competitivo ni jerárquico, capaces de acoger el pensamiento individual de sus miembros y hacerlo avanzar más alláde sus prejuicios y opiniones iniciales. Empresas,organizaciones, asociaciones, equipos de trabajo, docentes… Todos necesitan herramientas degestión grupal que faciliten un encuentro social,cultural y humano. Para aportar a tal fin, el presente artículo describe un modelo de diálogofilosófico aplicable a cualquier grupo en el quese pretenda generar una práctica de cuestionamiento, comprensión y reflexión conjunta, seaen el ámbito educativo, social u organizativo,ofreciendo las claves para su desarrollo con el finde lograr un verdadero intercambio comunicativo e intelectual entre sus participantes
AB The field of social innovation needs noncompetitive and non-hierarchical meeting spaces capable of hosting the individual thinkingof its members and doing it beyond their prejudices and their initial opinions. Companies,organisations, associations, working groups,educators… All of them need group management tools that facilitate a social, cultural andhuman encounter. In order to contribute tothis, the current article describes a philosophical dialogue model applicable to any group.Its aim is generating questioning, understanding, and common reflection, be it in the education, social or organisational field, offeringkeys for its development in order to achieve atrue communicative and intellectual exchangeamong its participants
