AB Presentamos un estudio analítico-descriptivo en el que tratamos de mostrar las iniciativas formativasofrecidas por los Centros del Profesorado (CEPs) a los propios docentes, con el objetivo deidentificar, analizar y valorar el tipo de formación que desde la Administración Educativa (a travésde los CEPs) se promueve para dar respuesta al fenómeno de la multiculturalidad en las aulasy todos los problemas de inclusión que están ligados a este.
AB We present an analytical-descriptive study in wich we tried to show the formative initiatives offeredby Teaching Staff Centers (CEPs) to teachers, with the aim of identifying, analyzing and tovalue the type of formation that it is promoted by the Educative Administration (through theCEPs) in order to give answer to the multicultural phenomenon within the classrooms and all theinclusion problems caused by this.
