T1 Trabajo garantizado: Luces y sombras sobre su régimen jurídico

AB La realidad actual pone de manifiesto la necesidad de abordar urgentemente los problemas históricos: el desempleo y la pobreza. Y entre las posibles mesuras, está el trabajo garantizado, cuya configuración requiere una serie de depuraciones y consideraciones esenciales para su diseño e implementación. A modo de propuesta, este artículo contiene un análisis, desde una perspectiva estrictamente técnica, de su régimen jurídico a efectos de su regulación. Un estudio que aborda los temas, el contrato y su duración, el requisito de acceso, las condiciones de trabajo, la vicisitud de la relación y termina, como no puede ser de otra manera, con la rescisión. Y también, sin olvidar su dimensión colectiva. Por lo tanto, se garantiza un recorrido completo del trabajo
AB The current reality is highlighting the needto urgently tackle historical problems: unemployment and poverty. And among the possible mesaures, is the guaranteed work, whoseconfiguration requieres a series of debuggingand essential considerations for its design andimplementation. As a proposal, this article contains an analisys, from a strictly technical perspective, of its legal regimen for the purposes ofits regulation. A study that addresses the subjects, the contract and its duration, the accessrequirement, the working conditions, the vicissitude of the relationship and ends, as it cannotbe otherwise, with the termination.
