AB En el año 2013, se llevó a cabo una campaña deprospección arqueológica superficial en el términomunicipal de El Cuervo (Sevilla). Esta intervenciónarqueológica tenía en origen una finalidad científica yacadémica. Su objetivo fue la revisión sobre el terrenode trabajos de campo anteriores, junto a la posible documentaciónde nuevos yacimientos, de cara a la comprensiónevolutiva del poblamiento humano desde lagran diacronía y los parámetros de la arqueología delterritorio. En este artículo nos centraremos, no obstante,en presentar los datos y analizar la evolución delpoblamiento romano y tardoantiguo.
AB In 2013, an archaeological survey was carriedout in the municipality of El Cuervo (Seville). Thisarchaeological fieldwork originally had a scientificand academic purpose. Its objective was the reviewof previous field work and the possible discoveryand study of new archaeological sites. In line withthis goals, we tried to understand the evolution ofhuman settlement according to long diachronyand the parameters of the Landscape Archaeology.In this paper, we will focus on presenting the dataand analyzing the evolution of the settlement ofthe Roman period and Late Antiquity.
