To this end, an observational, cross-sectional descriptive study with analytical components was carried out. Opportunisticactivity, in which young people, between the ages of 16 and 22, were recruited from 5 secondary schools of the municipality of SanCristóbal de La Laguna, on the island of Tenerife (Spain). Data were collected through the General Health Questionnaire, theRosemberg Self-esteem Scale, and the physical exercise habits test physical activity questionnaire for adolescents-A, revealing thefirst 2 that most percentage of responses were grouped on the positive side. The physical exercise habits test physical activityquestionnaire for adolescents-A described that the most commonly performed physical activity was walking (75%).
