AB Este artículo presenta distintas tareasdel análisis lingüístico que pueden contribuir ala persecución del ciberdelincuente durante lainvestigación o a asesorar a los agentes judiciales en la toma de decisiones a través del informepericial. Este artículo muestra la aplicación dedistintos ámbitos de la lingüística forense comopueden ser la construcción de perfiles lingüísticos, el análisis de autoría, el análisis del significado o del lenguaje criminal, en distintos casosrelacionados con el cibercrimen. Entre los ciberdelitos analizados se incluyen el ciberacoso, losataques mediante código malicioso, el discursode odio o las ciberestafas, destacando de estemodo el potencial de la lingüística forense en lalucha contra el cibercrimen
AB This article presents different tasksof linguistic analysis that can contribute to theprosecution of cybercriminals during an investigation or to aid legal experts to reach decisionsthrough an expert report. This article shows theapplication of different areas of forensic linguistics, such as linguistic profiling, authorship analysis, the analysis of meaning or criminal language, to different cases related to cybercrime.The cybercrimes analyzed include cyberbullying, cyberattacks through malware, hate speechor cyberfraud. Thus, this contribution highlightsthe potential of forensic linguistics in the fightagainst cybercrime
