AB En el presente estudio se lleva a cabo un análisis narratológico delos relatos de los hechos presentes en las sentencias españolas del caso SternTaulats y Roura Capellera relativas a un supuesto delito de injurias contra laCorona. Para ello, se estudian los tres niveles narrativos de sentido presentesen los relatos de los hechos con la finalidad de analizar el posterior dictamenemitido por el TEDH acerca de la adecuación de la valoración jurídica de dichos hechos realizada por los tribunales españoles. Del análisis se concluyeque es en la propia construcción narrativa del relato de los hechos, realizadapor los tribunales españoles, en donde se encuentra la raíz de esa supuestafrontera infranqueable entre los tribunales españoles y el TEDH
AB In the present study, a narratological analysis is carried out of theaccounts of the events present in the Spanish sentences of the Stern Taulatsand Roura Capellera case relating to an alleged crime of libel against the Crown.The three narrative levels of meaning present in the accounts of the events areanalyzed with the purpose of analyzing the subsequent assessment made bythe ECHR regarding the legal assessment carried out by the Spanish courts.From the analysis it is concluded that it is in the narrative construction of thestory of the events carried out by the Spanish courts where the root of thissupposedly uncrossable border between the Spanish courts and the ECHR isfound
