AB This research aims to determine the variations that occurin the socio-demographic profile (gender, age,educational level and income) of the visitor interested inastrotourism based on some questions about the activitiesthey carry out related to astronomy, motivations,economic and social benefits and the assessment ofexperiences about astrotourism through data gathered bya questionnaire. An artificial neural network is developedto generate potential “identikits” or estimated profiles ofastrotourists based on the replies incorporated into themodel and easily customisable by the researcher, which isespecially useful in developing products and servicesadapted to astrotourism
AB Esta investigación pretende determinar las variaciones que seproducen en el perfil sociodemográfico (sexo, edad, nivel deestudios y renta) del visitante interesado en el astroturismo apartir de algunas preguntas sobre las actividades que realizarelacionadas con la astronomía, motivaciones, beneficioseconómicos y sociales y la valoración de experiencias sobre elastroturismo a través de los datos recogidos mediante uncuestionario. Se desarrolla una red neuronal artificial paragenerar potenciales «identikits» o perfiles estimados deastroturistas a partir de las respuestas incorporadas al modeloy fácilmente personalizables por el investigador, lo que resultaespecialmente útil en el desarrollo de productos y serviciosadaptados al astroturismo
