T2 Formative approach to the practices of Social Education from a reflective perspective

AB Este artículo plantea la conexión entre el currículum académico y las prácticas externas a través de dos cuestiones fundamentales para el futuro formativo del alumnado del Grado en Educación Social de la Universidad de Huelva. Por un lado, se describe el proceso de preparación del estudiante a nivel de competencias personales y profesionales a través de la asignatura de Dirección y Gestión de Organizaciones Socioeducativas, previo a la realización de la asignatura de Prácticas, situada en el último semestre del plan de estudios. Y por otro, el análisis de las plazas ofertadas para las prácticas durante los últimos tres cursos académicos, con el objetivo de observar si desde la universidad se ofertan puestos que permitan el desarrollo correcto de estos profesionales. De forma paralela, se reflexionará acerca de la implicación de las instituciones socioeducativas en la formación del estudiante de educación social.
AB This article raises the connection between the academic curriculum and external internships through two fundamental issues for the future training of students of the Degree in Social Education at the University of Huelva. On the onehand, it describes the process of preparing students in terms of personal andprofessional competences through the subject of Management and Administration of Socio-educational Organizations, prior to the completion of the Internship subject, located in the last semester of the syllabus. On the other hand, theanalysis of the positions offered during the last three academic years, with theaim of observing whether the university offers positions that allow for the correct development of these professionals. At the same time, we will reflect onthe involvement of socio-educational institutions in the training of social education students.
