AB Los gobiernos deberían coordinar las acciones de la ciudadaníay no decidir las políticas de forma unilateral. La complejidades el paradigma donde la democracia tiene sentido. Tratar de reducirla complejidad significa simplificar la democracia. Democracia deberespetar la complejidad humana y social. El concepto de demoarquíaintenta integrar esa complejidad. En este trabajo analizo el conceptode demoarquía y señalo sus principales contribuciones al estudio dela filosofía de la democracia. La acción ciudadana en este paradigmaha de completarse con una ontología constitutiva que hace de unasubjetividad prescriptiva y creativa el motor de la construcción delautogobierno y sus procedimientos.
AB Governments should coordinate the actions of the citizenryand not decide policy unilaterally. Complexity is the paradigm wheredemocracy makes sense. Attempting to reduce complexity is tosimplify democracy. Democracy is synonymous with respect towardshuman and social complexity. The concept of demarchy attempts tointegrate that complexity. In this paper, I analyze the concept ofdemarchy, and I point out to its main contributions to the philosophyof democracy. Citizen action within this paradigm should becomplemented by a new constitutive ontology which makes creativeand prescriptive subjectivity the engine for the construction of selfgovernmentand its procedures.
