AB La complejidad de poner en marchauna rueda de reconocimiento de voz duranteun proceso judicial es indudable, teniendo encuenta que es una prueba perceptiva que partede la recuperación de un recuerdo auditivo de lavíctima o testigo de un hecho delictivo grave, yque debe realizarse tiempo después de que estese haya producido atendiendo a criterios referidosa la cualidad tímbrica de la voz del agresor.Actualmente, los estudios realizados en los distintoscampos implicados en esta técnica forenseseñalan su rigurosidad. Sin embargo, para queesa evidencia pueda ser considerada lo bastanterobusta, debe producirse un engranaje perfectoentre las distintas piezas que componen los actoresintervinientes: el eje formado por víctimay sospechoso, y el equipo de expertos, y el formadopor las autoridades judiciales, pues será eljuez quien tome la decisión final.
AB The complexity of starting a speechrecognition parade during a judicial process isunquestionable, considering that it is a perceptualexamination starting from the recovery ofan auditory memory by the victim or witnessof a serious criminal act, and it must be carriedout some time after it has occurred, consideringcriteria referred to the timbre quality of theaggressor’s voice. Currently, the research in thedifferent fields involved in this forensic techniquepoints to a rigorous approach. But for thisproof to be considered solid enough, there mustbe a virtuous circle of different actors: the axisvictim-suspect and the team of experts, and theone formed by the judicial authorities, since thejudge will make the final decision.
