T1 Comparative study of the complaint behavior of users of the Accor hotelapplication for iOS

AB La mayoría de las investigaciones sobre las aplicaciones móviles se han centrado en losproblemas técnicos, y algunas en el estudio de las valoraciones, comentarios y como éstos afectan asu posicionamiento. El estudio de las quejas de los usuarios de apps móviles es un tema incipienteen la investigación y puede aportar una información valiosa a desarrolladores y propietarios deaplicaciones. Por esta razón, se ha realizado un estudio de caso múltiple comparativo de lasvaloraciones y las quejas de los usuarios de una misma app hotelera radicados en los principalesmercados turísticos mundiales (Estados Unidos, Francia y España), con el objetivo de conocer elcomportamiento de queja de los usuarios de los diferentes países. Los resultados confirman que lasprincipales quejas de los usuarios se repiten en las tres versiones de la app, si bien; la importanciarelativa de cada tipo difiere según el país considerado
AB Most research on mobile applications has focused on technical problems, and someon the study of ratings, comments and how they affect their positioning. The study of complaintsfrom users of mobile apps is an emerging topic in research and can provide valuable information todevelopers and applications owners. For this reason, a comparative multiple case study of the ratingsand complaints of users of the same hotel app located in the main world tourist markets (UnitedStates, France and Spain) has been carried out with the aim of finding out the complaint behaviourof users from different countries. The results confirm that the main user complaints are repeated inthe three versions of the app, though; the relative importance of each type differs according to thecountry concerned
