AB Los movimientos yihadistas actuales son islamismos radicalesque buscan imponer el califato global, controlar la vida pública y privada delas personas, y prescindirse de los sistemas democráticos o representativos. El surgimiento de ese pensamiento es bastante complejo y varía entrepaíses, grupos y corrientes religiosas. La escuela jurídica hanbali en opiniónde muchos expertos es la que va a sentar las bases de esa corriente política, al proponer la Sharía y el Califato como principales argumentos de undiscurso político que buscaba conformar un modelo “perfecto” de sociedadregido de acuerdo con “la ley divina”
AB The current jihadist movements are radical Islamists that seekto impose the global caliphate, control public and private life of people, anddispense with democratic or representative systems. The emergence of thisthought is quite complex and varies among countries, groups and religiouscurrents. The Hanbali legal school, in the opinion of many experts, is the onethat will lay the foundations of this political current, by proposing the Shariaand the Caliphate as the main arguments of a political discourse that sought toconform a “perfect” model of society governed according to “the divine law”
