T1 Si ganamos nosotras, gana todo el mundo : importancia de las asociaciones de mujeres en la lucha contra la exclusión social

AB Es la intención de esta comunicación reflexionar y visualizar la importancia individual, grupal y comunitaria que tienen las organizaciones de mujeres en la lucha contra la exclusión social y en el fortalecimiento del Estado de bienestar. Su mera existencia cuestiona profundamente la lógica que articula esta sociedad patriarcal, porque expresa la presencia y reivindicaciones de sectores y colectivos sociales excluidos tradicionalmente de los ámbitos públicos y de la toma de decisiones. Además, nos ayuda a relacionar lo público y lo privado, lo personal y lo social, lo productivo y lo reproductivo. Queremos rescatar el peso que tienen las actividades encaminadas a defender los derechos de las mujeres y su vinculación con una transformación global, donde pueden salir fortalecidos todos los sectores sociales y especialmente aquellos que son más vulnerables. Por otro lado resaltamos cómo muchas asociaciones prestan nuevos servicios que demanda la comunidad que no son asumidos por las administraciones y que son mucho más baratos ofrecidos desde las asociaciones. Por eso decimos que los grupos de mujeres tienen una clara función de sostenedoras y mantenedoras del Estado de bienestar. Proponemos incorporar la perspectiva de género en la intervención social, porque así se puede tomar conciencia de que la lucha debe servir para afianzar la libertad individual y la democracia paritaria, y que todo esto debe ser un instrumento para conseguir una política auténticamente social. Apostamos por la creación de redes e interconexiones entre los grupos porque puede resultar una estrategia que combata la atomización, la vulnerabilidad y la confrontación entre esos diferentes grupos, y a la vez puede ayudar a establecer puentes y alianzas que afiancen esa ciudadanía activa tan necesaria en el mundo en el que estamos, para construir ese otro mundo posible.
AB The purpose of this communication is to think about and see the individual, collectiveand communitary importance that women organizations have in the fiht against socialexclusion and in the sthengthening of well-being State.Its only existence deeply questions the logic that articculates the patriarchal society,because it expresses the presence and vindications of sectors and social groups traditionallyexcluded of the public ambits and the take of decitions.Besides it helps us to relation the public and the private, the personal and the social, theproductive and reproductive. It is interesting to rescue the weight that the activities focusedto defend de rights of the women have and their link with the global transformation, whereall the social sectors and specially those that are more vulnerable can be strengthen.On the other side we have to contemplate how many asociations give new servicesthat the community asks for, these services are not assumend by the public administrationsand are much more cheeper affered from the associations. That is why we say that groupsof women have a clear function of suppoters of the well- being State.Incorporing the gender perspective in the socialcontribution,we can take conscience that fight must serve to strengthen individual freedom and equal democracy, and that allthis must be an instrument to get authentyc social politics.The creation of nets and interconnections among the groups can come out to be anstrategy that fight the atomization, vulnerability and confrontation among the differentgroups, and at the same time help to establish bridges and alliances that strengthen that activecitizenship so necessary in the word that we are, to built that other possible world.
