AB La educación emocional gana presenciaen el currículum escolar, debido a una unamayor sensibilidad sobre esta cuestión. Conella, la autoestima emerge como mejor conocimiento de uno mismo a partir de la interacción que se tiene con el medio que nos rodea.La Literatura Infantil propone una grancantidad de títulos dedicados al lector infantil. Entre ellos, se ha consolidado una corriente realista denominada psicoliteratura, quetrata con sus tramas y personajes de aliviaraquellas angustias que inquietan a los niños.El presente trabajo realiza un recorridopor los conceptos de educación emocional,inteligencia emocional y autoestima para llegar así a la psicoliteratura, desde la cual ofrecer el estudio de cinco obras recientes quetratan sobre la autoestima, con el objetivo deponer de manifiesto cómo la Literatura Infantil actual se preocupa también de la saludemocional de los menores
AB Emotional education is gaining a placein the school curriculum, due to a greatersensitivity on this issue. With it, self-esteememerges as a better knowledge of oneselffrom the interaction that one has with theenvironment around us.Children's literature offers a large number of titles dedicated to children´s readers.Among them, a realistic movement calledpsycho-literature has been consolidated thattreats with its plots and characters to relievethose anxieties that worry children.This work takes a tour of the concepts ofemotional education, emotional intelligenceand self-esteem to reach psycho-literature,from which to offer the study of five recentworks that deal with self-esteem, with theobjective of reveal how current children's literature also cares about the emotional healthof minors
